RETURNS

At the TrendyFox online store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without giving any reason.

RETURN PERIOD

The return must be reported within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

After reporting the return, the product should be sent back immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The returned product should be sent back in a condition not exceeding what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

Please ensure that returned products are:

appropriately secured for transport,

sent back with all original tags, if included,

undamaged and without signs of use beyond ordinary trying on.

Footwear should be returned in its original, undamaged box.

COST OF RETURN

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.

REFUND

In the event of an effective withdrawal from the contract, payment will be refunded immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or proof of its dispatch is provided — whichever event occurs first.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of return does not apply in cases provided for by applicable law, particularly in relation to products made to individual order or adapted to the individual needs of the customer.
